Dylan opened up an LLC in June 2022 and in October 2022, Dylan officially started his business, which quickly took off. Dylan was able to gain prior experience in this field at his previous employment, which helped to build his passion for automation and robotics. With his love for robotics, electrical, and engineering, the automation field has been the perfect fit. He enjoys getting to connect with new customers and having the challenge of creating the perfect robot for the facility.

Clint joined Bruscher A&E in May 2023 helping as a design engineer. Clint has brought a vast amount of knowledge and experience, helping to create high quality products for our customers and assisting with the backside of the business.

Becky joined the Bruscher A&E team in October 2023 as the Administrative and Accounting Manager. Along with this position, Becky has been willing to jump in and learn many of the hand on skills working in the shop. She helps with making quick trips and going along to visit customers to be a helping hand and ensuring that the team can function at their best.
