Dylan established his LLC in June 2022 and officially launched operations in October of that year, with the business experiencing rapid early growth. Prior to founding the company, he developed valuable industry experience through previous employment, which helped cultivate his strong passion for automation and robotics.

Since then, Dylan has successfully partnered with customers across the region and beyond, delivering a wide range of projects and providing ongoing support to diverse organizations. His background in robotics, electrical systems, and engineering enables him to design and implement tailored automation solutions that meet the unique needs of each facility.

Dylan particularly values building strong relationships with clients and thrives on the challenge of developing customized robotic systems that optimize performance and efficiency.

Becky joined the Bruscher A&E team in October 2023 as Administrative and Accounting Manager. In addition to her core responsibilities, she has demonstrated a strong willingness to expand her skill set by gaining hands-on experience in shop operations.

Becky regularly supports the team by assisting with on-site visits, and providing dependable, hands-on support to ensure projects run smoothly. Her proactive approach and versatility contribute significantly to the team’s overall efficiency and ability to deliver high-quality service to customers.
